This week, with the move, I have not cooked one meal at home. I always miss not cooking, but sometimes it is easy to get out of the habit.
One way I get back on schedule in the kitchen is to add two crockpot meals to my weekly menu plan. Crockpot meals are so easy to start early in the morning, add the ingredients and forget it until it is time for dinner.

This pork recipe is a Chinese version of BBQ, it has a lot of flavor! I serve it with stir fried vegetables and rice.
