Last week’s design discussion, nailhead and ribbon trim detail was a SLAM!
This week I wanted to start a discussion on another wall treatment I have seen popping up lately, Thibaut’s Tanzania Wallpaper. It’s a little sassy, a little bold and a lot of fun…Have you seen it?
Are you a fan?

it’s a slam for me…. i love the way it looks in these rooms styled beautifully, but it would drive my eyes crazy if i lived with it. and if the room was slightly messy it would look chaotic.

I have to agree with Cassie—It is a SLAM for me too. I think it would drive my eyes crazy.
BAM…in a powder room.

Slam. I like the pattern in moderation but that wallpaper would exhaust me!! All I can think of is Cruella de Ville and 101 Dalmations!

As much as I LOVE it, I’d prefer it in a smaller, less permanent dose…SLAM.

Love, love, love it!!!!
I’m totally laughing at all the slams, I thought it would be a *BAM* for sure! I also was under the impression that looking like Cruella DeVille was a compliment. Shoot. (c; I’m pretty sure that I’m completely in love with this pattern, but I can definitely see how it could be a little busy for some people…pillows? (c:

I agree with most.. Slam for a whole room. Bam for a powder room or closet!!

SLAM for me. I think it’s too trendy and expensive to spend that much time putting up wallpaper only to get sick of it in a couple of years.

Yikes, a SLAM for me! Though it’s the kind of thing I might use on a bookcase back or to frame.
Itsy bitsy doses of this…

SLAM! Reminds me of 101 Dalmatians.
Uhhh—I think a little goes a loooong way with this “texture.”
But I would still consider it a Bam. : )

Love all the feedback from this post! Definitely a BAM in my book!
And maybe of you will be glad to hear that while this is available now as a wallpaper and a durable woven, the art studio is working on an adaptation of this in printed fabric!
BAM! I’d prefer it as an accent wall or a smaller space but still a BAM!
Bam all the way! I heart it!!!
