Wow! I cannot believe it has already been a month since I stepped away from the blog. Thank you again to all of the fabulous guest bloggers I have had filling in for me over the past month. I hope you all enjoyed reading their posts as much as I did.
Alot has been happening behind the scenes over the past month. I am officially divorced. Jackson, Gracie and I are settling in after the big move back to WV. I am anxiously awaiting the arrival of my furniture so we can get moved into our new place and I can start making my own. It is pretty rough right now, but it has a lot of potential. The new place has a lot of character, a fenced in backyard for Jackson and Gracie and is located in the historical district (my favorite area of Charleston).
Below is a sneak peak… If you follow me on Instagram you have already seen it. My dad and I have already been over there working in the evenings. I will try to take more before photos to share this week. I see lots of new DIY projects in the future…

As you can see, the blog also got a much needed facelift during my time away. I am still tweaking things around here, but I have added some new features that I hope you will like…
The slider at the top of the post area will feature diy tutorials, photography tips and recipes. I am putting the finishing touches on the advertising page and my media kit and will begin offering advertising later this month. I am also in the process of reorganizing my posts into the categories you will find on the sidebar. Please take a look through the new site and if you see anything that is not user friendly, contact me.
I hope you had a terrific weekend! I am happy to be back. Blogging may continue to be a little sporadic over the next couple weeks as I continue to get settled. I can’t wait to share the transformation on the new place from start to finish with you…
