For the longest time I did not know what to add to the island. I knew I wanted something small, simple but pretty. In the past I have added fruit bowls, candles, platters or just left it empty.

Hmmmm, I considered buying faux hydrangeas a couple of weeks ago. Maybe now I’ll really have to do it!
