I hope you all have a lovely weekend. My parent’s and I will be spending most of our weekend at The Greenbrier Classic. I flew in last year for the event and had so much fun we decided to make it an annual trip.
The Greenbrier Classic is a pro-golf tournament hosted at The Greenbrier Resort in White Sulfur Springs, WV. Dad enjoys the golf and mom and I enjoy soaking up the magic of the resort. Each night, after the golf tournament, they host an outdoor concert.
Last year, we saw Tim McGraw, Black Eyed Peas and Keith Urban. This year the concert line-up starts with Toby Keith, then Rod Stewart and The Fray and Saturday night ends with Bon Jovi.
Have you heard of The Greenbrier? I will share more of the history on Monday. It truly is a gem hidden in the mountains of WV.
This is one of my favorite shots of the interior, which was originally designed by Dorothy Draper in the late 1940′s. To this day the hotel is still designed in her style.

Visited The Greenbrier once. What an experience! The bunker tour was interesting, the food was great and the grounds were beautiful! Have fun…the Classic sounds like a lot of fun!
I just heard an update on the radio coming into the office that Vijay Singh was in the lead. Sounds like a fun weekend down there with lots of beautiful scenery. Enjoy!
