Happy Weekend

I am so sorry I have been MIA the past couple days.  I was so excited to get back into blogging after vacation, but unfortunately came home to some very unexpected changes coming soon.  I will share more once I know how things are going to play out.

On an exciting note!  I am finally on instagram.  I think I am one of the last people on the planet to get an iPhone and to sign up for instagram and last week I did both.  I have no idea how to work it yet, but I will learn.  You can follow me at themustardceiling.  If you’re on instagram, I would love to follow you…just leave your username in the comments so I can find you.

I played with Alfred’s instagram on our trip to Nashville, TN in February, after our cruise… I forgot all about taking them until I signed up for instagram on my phone.

Most of the photos below are from our trip to Andrew Jackson’s home in Nashville, TN, The Hermitage.  Have you ever been?  It was really pretty, and so peaceful.

I hope you have a fabulous weekend.

  6. You never need to apologize for not blogging – I’ve happily been blogging casually and enjoying it. I’ll also keep you in my thoughts over the weekend and hope everything turns out for the best for you. Instagram is fun – and I feel like my followers get to learn a little bit more about me and my daily life :) through photos of course. And, what I really love, now that you have an iPhone and a Macbook – you should be able to bring up all of your recent photos on your Photostream which is AWESOME. I’ve really been using more phone more than my camera these days because of that feature. It’s really nice and convenient – although I do need to start organizing my photos more. Welcome to a new social media outlet! ;) Have a great weekend Elizabeth.

  11. Hi Elizabeth,

Just wanted to say I found your blog recently through Holly and am excited to start exploring it more! I noticed we often visit the same blogs too. I haven’t used Instagram yet myself but I love PicMonkey for photo editing. It really improves my photography…

I hope your unexpected changes are good ones!
