I must admit, when I first started seeing the color mint pop up I was not a fan, but it has really started to grow on me. It’s so soft and refreshing…perfect for summer.
I hope you had a lovely weekend.

The color mint was very popular in our house at one point. Some paint has chipped on the trim and doors and you can tell mint was a color at one point. While I don’t mind the color I don’t think I could handle mint colored trim and door colors. However this is the fun part living in an old house, learning about the history.

I’ve always been pretty obsessed with pale blue/robins egg so it’s not a far jump for me to go to mint. I love all of the inspiration pictures.

Like you…I would have first said “no thanks” to mint…but your inspiration photos are beautiful and really show how to do it well! Love that bedside dresser with the marble top…perfection!

These are all so beautiful. I’m with you, at first I didn’t like mint, but when it’s done right I can completely embrace it. Gorgeous!!!

I feel the same way about mint–I haven’t always been a huge fan, but the color is really soothing. Recently I found a mint colored sofa at a yard sale for $150–great condition–and great structure–I absolutely love it.
Mint is not a color that I decorate with, but I find it very appealing to look at. I just ordered a mint sweater to wear from JCREW. I did a couple of post on this color if you need a little more of a mint fix you can go here

I’m with you, at first I was pretty “meh” about the color, but the more I saw it pop up in all sorts of amazing ways that I never would’ve thought of, I pretty much now think it’s one of the most amazing colors around (c:

When it comes to choosing the colors to use for decoration, I am usually not the best. I have to say the mint looks just awesome to me. I couldn’t think of anything better. So beautiful.
